### Troubleshooting Connection Errors

If you see errors like **0x204**, **0x104**, or messages such as *Remote Desktop can't connect*:

* Ensure the remote computer is **powered on** and **connected to the network**.
* Make sure **Remote Access is enabled** on the remote machine.
* Verify you are using the correct **IP address**.
* If using the Windows App version of RDP, ensure **Local Network Access** is enabled in **Privacy & Security** settings.
* If you receive a message saying another user is connected, **change your password**.
* If issues persist, **reinstall the RDP service from your product panel** (save your data first).
